Video is harders/longest setting from 3 available. On lightest it's just some blurry borders on normal - like only central part of the screen remains unblurred/

Inferno, I agree with you, there should be absolute maximum for mods; only one for each category. If there is already a mod for something it should be illegal to modify that aspect ever again
