Amazing mod, was actually excited to play the Otomo for once haha, just thought i'd let you know that there is one unit that still has 150 range, it is the Otomo matchlock ashigaru, the imported matchlocks have the upgraded range but the clan specific matchlock you get, are still at 150

I would assume it does since it changes projectile effective range, not unit specific stats. Let me know if anything goes wrong.

Unrifled muskets theoretically had ranges up to 300 meters but hitting anything at that range was being very optimistic to put it lightly. During the Seven Years War in the mid 18th century armies would regularly engage at 60 meters while using the much more accurate muskets of the era. This is all to say I think bows outranging guns in vanilla Shogun 2 is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Virgin bow loser vs Chad gunpowder enjoyer. W mod.

maybe shimazu for their heavy gunners, or otomo for obvious reasons

this mod decimates chosokabe because the AI never gets good units so matchlocks can pick them off

I'm trying to decide which clan would be the most fun with this mod :P
