Well I was testing to see if it did work, I pretty much rushed through Water Hazard to get to the part where you have those two mounted guns (since they're the airboat gun as well) and they were working completely including the proper looping.

oh whoops, I chose my SSD's directory, not the directory where I had HL2 on, yeah you just delete the cache file and even if you delete the workshop files they literally just re-install, it's not a big deal

I don't have a 440 folder, the file you mentioned was in the 220 folder for my end. Just to make sure I'm doing everything correctly I don't touch the workshop_000 or workshop_dir files just the cache file, I don't want to ♥♥♥♥ something up because I've never had to do this before and I don't want to make any mistakes.

So, how do I update the audio cache? Just the usual "Verify file integrity" or what?

Then, I guess the workshop just straight up didn't bring up this mod when it was updated in the short time it was because as far as the workshop looks in terms of "last updated" only your "Heavier Weapon Sounds" came up, which is why I was confused.

Even for this mod's files? Because this would be the first I've heard/seen a mod not appear to be updated (and I click "last updated" when browsing the workshop from time to time) but somehow be updated because the base it was made from was updated.

It has a loop mark shown in Wavosaur. Delete/update your audio cache

Just letting you know but you'll need to update this mod with the looping point fix, the base mod fix won't affect it without it (I did test after I saw it was updated)

Just letting you know, unless there's something wrong on my end the sounds from this mod stops looping after 40 bullets are fired.
