just thought i should mention that a bunch of the higher tier weapons minimum ranges are greater then their max range, no idea why.

misc weapons seems to be the only one affected by this and ive made one for misc weapons, the only one that seems broken, idk if i scaled the changes correctly, otherwise i would upload it

Heads up. Did some rewriting of the component templates for hard coded values instead of variable calls. Finished the changes on Jan 5th. Likely need to update this.

all misc component templates do not seem to have there values set correctly from what i can find in the files, they all reference @asw_ somthing or other instead of having actual values
