Experience gain has been rebalanced in the last update. You will level up a lot faster, I moved Subclass selection to level 6 to allow scientissts especially to have a chance to get a field of expertise before level 8. I opened up a few more trait options of level up as well. Destiny trait moved to level 15. Still difficult to achieve, but for some leaders it will def happen
