@codyskater31 Unfortunately, it is an anomaly somewhere deep in the base game's own logic. It appears intermittently, with rates varying a lot by user, and is not mod dependent,
Despite many attempts to track it down, we, the modding community, have had no success in locating or fixing the issue.

It is a joke referring to the game "slay the princess" which is an unorthodox romance(?) game between eldrich gods. the fact that you probably have to do the romance route by defeating the CO reminded me of the slay part
the lay part is a community meme becuase you can romance the princess that is going to destroy the entire world, so people just take away the S from slay
