Yes! It's dedicated long range anti heavy unit, weird flight is side effect of me trying to stop it from doing backflips when retreating but it worked out so well as evasion I decided to leave it be

this is a confusing vehicle, it like has 1 attack and needs a bit to reload, but this one attack does massive damage (also it flies weirdly, but that seems to be a feature, especially cuz it makes it harder for enemies to hit it)
