wait nevermind after subscribing the sounds folder automatically appears

most people, including me, are unsure of where to put the sounds folder.
would anyone mind telling us?

For anyone who doesn't have it working, you have to rename the folder from "Sounds" to all lower caps "sounds". Also, it works in multiplayer if everyone has the same sound effects installed with the same names.
