Do you use any other mod affecting Tiers of Units? This can sound silly but - Is this mod enabled in your playset? Latest build was tested before uploading it and worked fine.

it is currently not working as the upkeep stays the same

Mod is compatible with Ogre Update so there is no need to update it atm

To be honest i never got your invitation. I wanted and tried to make a mod allowing to claim more provinces with sanctuary outpost but didnt find a solution yet. Im not yet an experienced modder to this can take some time. Currently im on break from playing AoW4 and plan to go back as soon as new expansion drops.

I wanted to ask, can you make a mod to expand the additional provinces of the Sanctuary Outpost from 2 to 5?
I tried to figure out how to create mods myself, but I didn't succeed.
One person made a mod, the foundation of outposts and cities in the abyss of darkness, but then for some reason he deleted it.
