new asset idea, a modern outdoor mall, theirs many examples, i personally like the Irvine spectrum or Victoria gardens, both in California. another idea is a sweet green(for the mall) a apple store, pacsun, shack shake, macys, nordstrom, etc. i hope you take my ideas into consideration:))
