@Michael you can change the dependency yourself but then wheels & parts of the cars are missing I guess that's why :(

having an issue were story spawned vehicles are missing alot of parts, not interactible parts but parts of the base model, like roof, side panels on the ambulance ect ... Its only happening on story vehicles

It fixes the fix that fixes a fix of the original mod, thereby fixing it itself!
