No as they both override watcher. If you want you can contact author of other mod and they can use my content freely for this purpose if they are inclined to do so.

is this compatible with Embrace The Watcher's Gaze? would be really cool to have both and make the watcher really feel like a miniboss

Watcher's gaze is still in place just like in vanilla, this is just effect to target human crew on top of it.
