@V2.ultrakill: Nope. Only works with reskins. The only way that I know of to push the viewmodels down is to literally change the viewmodels themselves. There's no other way as far as I know.

@Bonnie: Because I started playing Synergy myself again, I decided to finally port the mod there as well . It still uses the HEV arms though. But there is a rebel arm reskin on the Synergy workshop that you can use.

I think there is a way to do this in other source engine games and I think I did it in tf2 but I reset my settings and I can't seem to remember the command to do it now.
