@darth mysterious there is also a very big issue i noticed, ai nations don't consume the equipment, they just get the rewards. I lend leased manpower to france and they kept getting it every month

the decisions to unlock these new techs should be locked by a check to see if the nation is a player, because the AI uses these techs & they become a real lag fest with hundreds of factories & millions of manpower worth of in all nations.

(like how does Canada get millions upon millions of manpower out of the blue?) because they don't stop producing everything.

youre update seems to have fixed the issue i commented about earlier. if i run into more issues ill let ya know. this is by far the best mod i use lol thanks for keeping it up to date!
