i have mod that causes you to play different animation like you making a small cratter if you fall into it will it affect it?

i actually had implemented something like that not too long ago, with the stagger being shorter depending on how much damage you took instead, but i never got around to updating it because i got carried away with other projects.

once i get those out of the way i might come back to these.

Love this script, is it possible to add a faster stagger if under the effects of adrenaline? or no stagger at all like in the immersive fall damage mod (think it would be easier but I'd love to add a faster stagger to both mods instead of no stagger at all)

I was trying to do it myself but tbh I can't understand the part of the code abt adrenaline XD

@tomaz Can both of these new fall damage mods of yours be used at the same time so that the survivors do one of the stagger animations at random (RNG)? Or is it just a better idea to just use one or the other, in your opinion?

How about making a vscript that kills infected at fall damage from a highrise building like dead center. When infected falls, they die instantly.

the fall damage is already scaled depending on how far u fall, no reason to change it imo
besides my intention was to play a silly little anim not to change any values

I think the survivors should be incapped or at the very least lose a TON of health from fall damage. case in point being the thumbnail.

I kinda think survivors should just immediately explode on impact with the ground, but maybe that's just me

Jaytea that's pretty neat actually, maybe it should stagger at like 25 dmg, but does a hunter attack animation if take 50 dmg or more

Works well, although it also triggers when you fall from those heights that deal no damage but plays the "bone break" sound.
