The 'Singleplayer' mode is kinda weird, and some function doesnt work the same way as when you are playing with atleast '2 Players', so yea, never use 'Singleplayer', no reason to and a lot of your addons will not work correctly
Did the book openned ?
Other diseases work ?
Did you have error lua ?
Where you in 'Single Player' mode ?
So i can use only those symptoms, that are already in addon?
I put this if in your server, you have already somes addon that inflict diseases and you want it appear on the book to.
So, just ignore it 😌

Why not, I'll see, but I don't think I'll be doing any big majors so soon, as I'm back to developing a game, so I'll have less time to make additions or create complex SCPs.

I understand. I have a new idea. what about some sort of neurodegenerative disease, like dementia or alzheimer's, which would cause loss of memories or maybe blackouts. I thought it'd be super interesting if you were walking around, suddenly black out, and then wake up in some random part of the map with some new injuries or lost/gained weapons in your inventory. those lost weapons could be found strewn about the map in random spots.
I've been thinking about his two illnesses.
But what I really wanted were diseases that would change the player's gameplay in some way.
If it's just about killing the player, well, I don't find that very interesting.
I don't know what you're talking about, never heard of it.
There are only 9 diseases in total in the book 🤔
Another idea is Spontaneous Human Combustion. It's self explanatory
i noticed on the thumbnail it mentions "Writer's Block" as one of the diseases, but i didn't see it in the book. I'm not sure if it's a base branch thing (gotta love my potato pc) or a puzzle thing, or maybe if you just forgot to remove it. Either way, i'm looking forward to whatever projects you're cooking up next!
