Does one of these replace one of the models from said mod or something?
In what way is it not working? Because if you don't have a custom population file that uses these models you won't see them at all, I know for a fact the models work without issue so I'm assuming this is your issue. I fully understand, only thing I saw about Patch getting standalone models was "Probably Not" so I had (wrongfully) assumed it wasn't planned, I'll start working on removing them.
I'll request you to remove our CI from Blood Harvest "Patch" since there's already a mod adding the female rural and we are also working on releasing the "Patch" CI as standalone ourselves.
