Okay, I did some testing and I think I need to figure out a way to force it to use the romanian texture. I did the separate entity path and changed the mdl to look for {diffuse "$/_vehicle/ford_truck#romanian"}. But on the editor when I try to spawn it in, the preview model is Romanian but when I click the end product is default. Not sure how to force it without renaming and copying the textures on this mod.

May I borrow the skins for a Romanian auxiliary mod? I don't think I need to copy the textures I think I can make it work as a required workshop item but I just need to make some custom files to force the model to use your textures.

Because god is cruel, and also because these are textures, I'd love a Romanian forces mod, but without a modeler it's a pipedream.

why is this editor only?! when i run up editor i need a whole tutorial on how to put out a map on let alone try to start a match. why cant it be like valor

@Eric, I can try to replace some conquest units skins with that of romanians, but only if the creators of said skins give me permission to do so

@tomastomas754, the stug3g missing shield texture problem should be fixed, and yes, I do plan on making skins for earlier stugs

The Skirts on Stug 3 late don't have the Romanian camo
and I'd be great if you would give skins to the earlier models too

I just checked and saw that there arent that many french vehicles in the game. There is AMD.35, Char 1 Bis, Renault R35, 155mm GPF, and FT17.

@Digger, I think i'd finish this mod first (add mortars and sdkfz), then do hungary and minor axis such as slowakia and other. I will do France some time in the future

will probably remain a dream but it'd be great if someone could make a companion mod for valour with updated skins for all the units and add few nations like romania, bulgaria greece, norway and denmark; and/or add "volunteer" infantry or vehicle units in the russian, american and german techtrees. like some partisans and conscripted battalions like the chinese for the ruskies, the ss battalions and local conscripts for the germans, and put in stuff like 100th battalion/ 442nd regimental combat team or the filipino battalions for reamricans. And heck, why not add indians, australians and newsealanders for the brits, koreans, mongolians, indonesians and burmese for the imperial japanese.

The mod I have has the model sorta working. But the texture would have to be redone since I overlaid it the red tide one with a custom cammo texture. Also the model itself is pretty small texture compared to the normal stuff in Call to arms so it makes it kinda look blocky.

Also I never figured out how to get the Zb30 hull mount that the driver shoots to work only the main turret. If you do manage to figure that one out please tell me.

There is an R1 Model that can be transplanted from Men of War Red tide. If you somehow manage to upscale its textures and make the hull mounted Zb30 to work it would fit in this mod.

There is a guy trying to export an excellent Romanian skins mod from Assault squad 2 into ostfront though I am not sure what the status of that effort is.

This and that skins mod might be enough to make an entire auxiliary tree in the German tech for conquest.
