ive already done the model but its mostly what youve described

Basically just like Clone cop but Adrian Shephard.

I have some ideas for how he can look like: a big hole on top of his helmet exposing his brain, one of his gas masks lenses shattered, ribs sticking through his chest and armor. big chunks of flesh missing on his arms and leg revealing his bone also. And of course, completely covered in the cyan liquid with manhack pieces lodged into his body and more random bleeding cuts maybe?

subscribe to the addon and make sure you have to addons that also effect the viewmodels active if that doesnt work verify the game files and try again
