weird can you check your list of mods maybe you have something causing an error or inconsistency or with this one since I only modified the textures so that's the only thing I can think of that could cause your problem

but in half life 2 base you can't do that only in mmod you can inspect weapons with a keybind

half life 2 mmod is an external mod from the workshop that changes half life by adding other things like gameplay, visuals and weapon animations, adding the animation of inspecting with a keybind. You can find it in half life 2 modb and download it. There are also many tutorials on how to do it and it is very easy if you are new.

So how do I do the keybind? Im very new to half life so I kinda need to be explained stuff. I checked the mmod in the game banna but nothing that can help me or I didnt see it.

No, the inspect animations are done randomly or a second after changing weapons.
