Neat idea but ngl it kinda just looks ugly

I gotta say personally, i just dont see it fitting him at all, this is far more of a engie thing rather than heavy thing, it also just look weird with how little it can be combined with too personally i think its on the wrong character, with the wrong look. Even then though i do like the colours you chose, and the texture work is solid, so well done there!

Considering how in-depth he talks about his guns, I feel that this theme works perfectly for Heavy, and I also like how you added some of the default bullets in one of the pockets. Neat touch!

That's been compensated by a distinct lack of paint regions. Besides the hat, of course.

This is very good. Only nitpick is the lack of a team color element around the waistline, as normally heavy's shirt is visible there. Besides that there's no other issues.
