Yeah, a lot of ragdolls/corpses that use the rebel model tend to have missing textures. The NPCs seem to work fine, though. Maybe you can look into this? Thanks

the only thing I can think of for accessories, glasses, helmet, etc. is to make RNG materials with invisible textures

@Black Mesa Security officer Okay the issue seems to have been caused by the Gamebanana version of the Refugee Styled Rebel's mod. Not sure why, since it only effects the rebels and not refugees, but that was what was causing the issue for me.

So great to see this for base Half-Life 2. It's always great to see more variety for the citizens and rebels.

The only issue I'm running into is that the shirt for the Group02 variant of Male_09 is missing it's textures.
