I had a similar issue with the poison headcrab. Good to know im not the only one that gets freaked out by those.

I literally have to play with this Mod since the standard fast Zombies are kinda freaking me out too much, they were one of the reasons i never played HL2 really that much but now i just played it trough 2 Times with your and some other Mods^^ Finally not too Scary anymore ._.
