I don't know what's going on then, not really much I can do other than provide a download link to the extracted files

I've re-download it twice, I still don't see a video like this mod had.

I have re-downloaded it on my machine and it seems to show up fine

it should contain a media folder containing valve.bik and startupvids.txt. Alongside that, it should contain an icon.png.

Make sure to update whatever software you might be using to view it if it reoccurs.

There's no bik video as .vpk, all I see is just a picture.

This one has it.

Make sure you read the install description, it won't work if you simply subscribe to it
