I see Server Perks has two ini files actually, they are meant to be in just ServerPerks.ini, not ServerPerksStats.ini

i would assume so, im subscribed to it and i didnt see any other instructions other than to subscribe and copy and paste it in the ini

never modded in kf1 before i pasted it in the ini and enabled the mutators but theyre not showing up did i do something wrong?

Paste those in serverperks.ini doesn't matter where.
