Pros:
- I really like the custom cutscenes
- Nice atmosphere
- Creative use of old geography
- Engineers drop overshield
- Plenty of sniper ammo with high capacity (80+ rounds!)
Cons:
- I know it's meant to be dark to take advantage of night vision, but the enemies seem hyper aware of me in the dark, whereas I can only see them when scoped. Hunters, Zealots, Fuel Rod Grunts, Turrets.
- Many zealots...perhaps too many
it's supposed to make you wanna scream
Anyways again this was really fun!
I really like the concept and the work you put into this and I really really appreciate the people who put up into making custom missions for halo CE
keep it up! ^^
The first snipe battle is far less then was commissioned he wanted it very hard and lots and lots of dudes to snipe, but halo 1 engine just cant handle.... id throw nades and they would just disappear with no boom... the original concept was going to have you keep the marines till the very end but they die too easy and kill themselves making it near impossible... as the mission is now its actually possible to unlock the grunt xmas party....
there is a small firefight like part of the map if you are able to keep all your marines alive, if you can do it on legendary then you can unlock the grunt xmas party
