If you're subscribed to any other mod which replaces the SMG model there will be a mod conflict, and you'll only see the SMG model that comes from whichever mod is above the other in your list. You can't replace one model with multiple new models.

Reskins in hl2 don't conflict. They just don't show up if they don't work as advertised

Probably a conflict with another mod you're subscribed to, make sure this one is at the top of your list.

There's nothing I can do to make it more compatible. Either disable the other mod, or make sure this one has priority over it (OICW needs to be above the other one in your list).

@Taehl most probably because im subscribed to this mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3366522324 and it also disables my OICW reloading sounds. I disable it and now I can hear the reloading sounds again (It's only the reloading action btw, firing and using the grenade launcher doesn't seem to be affected and you can hear it). maybe make it compatible with this mod or other mods?

That's odd, sounds should be included. Are you subscribed to any other mods that might be interfering?

this will be more realistic in my opinion because the regular smg (mp7) doesnt have a grnade launcher but the xm29 has one :)

Let me know if you do. I'll be playing EP1 and EP2 soon to test it too. I'll raise it if it turns out too low, but if memory serves you're practically tripping over SMG ammo most of the time (and the 8 alt fire grenades should balance it out).

It'll get replaced by any mod that changes skill.cfg, so subscribing to any difficulty or ammo mod will override it. Otherwise I'd have to make a mod out of an unmodified skill.cfg, which would be weird. Did you actually manage to run out of ammo?

Yes, I was messing around with reducing the bullets in return for increasing alt fire grenades to 8, though it seems like the game ignores it most of the time (not sure why). I was trying to make it a bit more interesting (and it's not like there's a shortage of SMG ammo most of the time), but I'm open to feedback. Did you run out of ammo in a certain map?

I just do textures, I don't know anyone who can edit models. But if I did, I'd ask them if they could also fix the clipping issues in the scope's sight.

Please let me know if you find any bugs or have a cool idea. I can also upload a version that has the fixes but not the Combine scope, if anyone would prefer that.
