@goofy it's a valid suggestion and I'll see about it. One thing you can do is adjust the material destruction options on the jet fire to make it not make holes at all. SE the hard, medium and soft material destruction to 0 and it'll be pure fire that doesn't actually destroy stuff (so it's just for looks)

but i have a request can u maybe like make the jets that shoot the fire things indestructeble cuz i keep tryna make a plane crash with it being in the engien but cuz its like enclosed the fire destroyes the jet fuel canister same thing if i go into like a mini map and put it in a building it detroyes itself and i cant do roel plays thx man

Is there some way to make this less laggy? I had to make the explosion tiny to not instantly freeze the game, so I wanna know if theres preformance options or optional things i can get rid of to make it run moderately well

Thinking about making a missile deliverable jet fuel bomb with a proximity/contact fuse. The only thing is that I suck with UI and I don't want to keep bloating this mod. Might make it a new mod?

TTENTION: I've separated control of jets and bombs. Hold down the jet mode key (default is ALT) key for planting/infusing/toggling jets separate from bombs. If you want bombs to go off while fire is going from jets make sure you have the detonation trigger set to -1 or the simulation will wait until some of the fire has died down.

Also the explosions are awesome, I lit a plane on fire and watched it nose dive into the ground and explode brutally, this has to be on ps5

Sorry about all the updates tonight (yeah, I know I do this a lot). There were bugs that were breaking the mod. I've fixed them.

I added the ability to change the directional vector of the fireballs. (0,0,0) will make space like explosions that don't travel "up", and you can actually make fireballs that travel to the side or down if you wanted to lmao

Tip: if you want more fire to come out of a burning vehicle you've infused with a jet then turn up the "Hit following" speed to something above 2.

@MrO-O Sure. Will update less. Mainly my updates are to small optimizations, experiments, default settings. This is an experimental mod, work in progress, there will be frequent updates, so I'll label it as such. If you don't like frequent updates then I suggest you use Chain Bombs or one of the other bombs that's not under constant development.

Tip: Sparks per explosion is the main control over the overall energy in the explosion. The explosion will limit growth to this number, shared with the max simulation number for all explosions.

If you want to make the explosion bigger, change Sparks per explosion and Blast speed. Other factors are ignition/hurt radius, blast power, and impulse settings.

Note: Negative impulse is suction, positive is ejection. Because the fireballs also erode stuff I've elected to have the explosion suck up debris either throwing it through the fireball or chewing it to nothing.
