@Winnie the Mao Use F6 to quicksave and F7 to quickload. It's true that a savepoint inbetween the puzzles might be appropriate and I'll consider it, but the quicksave feature makes it obsolete.

Forgot to leave a comment. No complains here, super clean. It was suprising how much it stomped me even though they were not that many things to try at each step. Enjoyed it a lot! :D

@SpKi; I have no problem with the move whatsoever, but I do know there is a rule book, that I've not seen, that some cliques work to and, therefore, I wasn't sure if it broke their rules. Anyway, both puzzles I really liked, but the second one is excellent - thank you :steamthumbsup:

@bullfrog Both rooms intended, thanks for playing! I've seen grating used to simulate a null portal multiple times in the workshop, and I never saw anyone object to it. Maybe the fixed grating model is mildly misleading as it reaches out from the surface a slight bit which is fair to point out, but the move is still completely logical IMO.
@peterrafalko There are countless well designed puzzles in the workshop considerably harder than this one. If I were to rate this much higher, then those other maps would not have a place on a difficulty scale anymore. This is not meant to be discouraging, though! Whether or not someone struggles on a puzzle is also defined by how much experience they have. They make for fun experiences and act as good practice :)

And here's the solution I came up with for the second puzzle: intended solution ? I've gotta feeling that I did it by a slightly 'cleaner method' this morning, but all the 'key moves' where the same.

I've run out of time, but here's the solution I came up with for the first puzzle: intended solution ? I forgot to say, but even the fist puzzle took me longer to solve than it should have done, because I was trying to somehow create a null portal XD

Really good pair of puzzles, especially the second one, which I would not call "Easy" definite :steamthumbsup:
I'm pretty sure I didn’t forfeit my spleen, as I didn't cube throw, but one move I used, in the first puzzle, might not be acceptable in some circles, idk.
Anyway, if I can remember what I did, I’ll record a walk-through video to check.

@SpielSatzFail I realised I never answered your question, but no, the exit conditions in both original maps aren't identical to each other, nor are any of them the same as the ones in this remake.

I'm glad it was "easy" so it took me at least less than an hour ^^ it's funny that somehow this map turns off one of my modifications (muzzle flash) until I restart the game o.O but hey at least there's no quickload music bug. You can't have it all ;-)
Agree with Dolphiner about the portal management. The second map wasn't too obvious. I'm so proud I passed the transition between the maps without any trouble XD
Nice lighting and design btw.
I like that the exit conditions are identical. Was it the same in the originals or did you adjust it for your purposes? :-)
