Its super easyer actually as long as you have Alien Swarm/Alien Swarm Reactive Drop and have them install it will let you download and additional sdk tool under library and tools section.

It dosnt really matter which of the two version you choose both are free though fair warning navigating the alien side of the sdk is a bit of a mess what you are looking for is drone j.

side note:
It got the name lurker from geeworm as its unused animations suggest that it was ment to jump upwards and down towards the marines simulare to the l4d2 hunter/ or an alien version of the jumppack the marines can find and use.

There isnt much info about it, there is only really its og decompiled model and animations sitting in the alien swarm sdk.

sv_consistency 0 in console. Or download a mod that disables it on launch.
