Even though it was an amazing job to port assets from Portal to Half-Life 2, I think this campaign falls short in some areas. The mod lasts about 10-15 minutes, and while it’s interesting to imagine how Aperture Science was before its fall, it could have been better utilized. How? Well, you could extend the chase sequence when you have to escape. It doesn’t need to be as extensive as Half-Life 1, but you could add more traps or stages to enrich the experience

@badge collector try puting "mat_specular 0" in the commands

i dont know what to do after taking the lift at the start.i already go all place before go to the elevator.

I didnt think i'd be playing a portal 2 map in half life 2 in 2024, on the steam workshop no less- yet here we are. and i love it!

Yes it in fact is - you're the first person to make that connection!
I always liked the GLaDOS startup scenes in that video.

this is very similar to that portal short film Portal Survive. was this inspired by that by any chance. i remember a scene where there all in that assembly then GLaDOS powers on and gases them similar to this.
