Try starting a new game. That has fixed it for me.

That is interesting... I have found that you generally have to start a new game to get magazine capacity scripts to work, but sometimes you don't. I haven't figured it out yet.

for me works with the deag mod watchez uploaded but does not work without it, with revolver
