Yes, and that's an intended feature. The EP1 face fits better wtih the dirty uniform.

This mod also changes Barney's face texture for Half Life 2 the base game

im pretty sure it does because unless it actually spawns custom npcs the mod just retextures the metro police

I believe the same, i wish VALVe would have given us this option. But it didn't happen, the best we can do is disable certain addons from game to game.

There Needs to be away to Have Addons load only in the Episodes and Vice Versa for Base HL2
