I honestly don't even know what an outfitter is, but if you feel like it, you can absolutely modify this playermodel yourself! I do not have the access to this file anymore, but you can download this file with SteamCMD, and maybe resizing the textures via VTFEdit would do the trick? There are many available tutorials concerning this, as well. Then you can upload the resized file yourself, with credit to CumminHam for the original model and textures, of course. And to me for making it into a mediocre playermodel if you really feel like it. Hopefully that helps

I didn't even edit the lua file to make it an npc, it should only appear as a playermodel, so I have no idea what could be causing this. Just checked it myself and it works as intended
Try checking your mod list and see if any of them could be the culprit

The skin dosen't show up in my PM menus, but its shown in the npc menu, how do i use this as a playermodel and not an npc?

How about making a separate NSFW version so people who want the NSFW can use the NSFW version while people who want the SFW version can use the SFW version?

@Volcanis I did not include anything NSFW in this model (including bodygroups) so imo there shouldn't be a problem with that. But it could really depend on the server rules and which playermodels you can choose there
