https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Crowbar download crowbar, decompile the model u wanna replace, replace the smd file with a 3d model of ur own in the same format (match the size and armature as well) and then edit the .qc file appropriately. there are millions of tutorials for qc editing and making a model for the source engine and whatnot so u can use what u can find to learn more about the specifics but once ur done u can just recompile all of it with the same name as the original model and slap it in ur addons folder aslong as the paths are correct
