developer changed the way how skill exp works and now this mod results in situation where player gets negative skill exp (which effectively reduce skill level)
Mod Name: Make Learning Great again
1. Learning skills and spells with amplification grants experience (0.5% per point of learning). Yale's talent for learning further multiplies experience gained by *1.2.
2. Learning amplifies the experience gained for character level-ups (0.5% per point).
3. The energy recharge amount of spirit charms is amplified by learning (0.5% increase per point of learning), and recharging provides learning experience (equal to the recharge amount before amplification).
4. When a spirit charm recharges a weapon, if the new effect is the same as the old effect, the recharge amount stacks instead of overwriting.
