Thanks for the response. Upon closer inspection it seems that there are indeed no mods used as I did not find any missing blocks or sections within the ship nor the exterior. Seems there may be a ghost in the data file tripping that message. Nice build either way though.

I would recommend using the rear engine from the High Value Target ship and splicing the side thrusters from the Factorum Warship to allow greater clearance and a sleek look. :)
