it seems to have 12 round mags only when I first start a new game, then it loses that for the original amount when I load again

It's good! i think good weapon port idea would be the MK50 Sidekick from halo infinite as the starting pistol (USP Match)

really cool reskin of the revolver, although it doesn't actually change the ammo count (still very cool)

It's a reskin/model swap of the vanilla 357 Revolver.

Uploading entirely new weapons isn't possible.
