That being said, outside of the obnoxious AI voice bits, this feels charmingly like a playable gmod animation from back in the day. I actually chuckled a bit at showing the hammer editor and directly editing the map in there.
Navigating the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up broken map was actually quite interesting and i liked a few of the visual gags.
Youtuber bit at the end wasn't very funny and felt obnoxiously forced.
Honestly if the weird Ai voices were replaced with something else, some of the president bits toned down(perhaps replaced with other characters?), and the Glados bit made to be a bit less of "Oh no i am commentating on exactly what just happened", this could be a pretty enjoyable ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Also ditch the Youtuber bit completely.
