I have the DLC, but it wouldn't quit saying space occupied when there wasnt anything. It was flat ground, also it kept saying water required. It was a lovely asset, that I have a good spot for.

@Maashg the pond model comes from the "Hotels & Retreats" DLC.

@masayosh thank you! you are right. its now added it to the list of requirements.

(by the way, I set the asset to "no DLC required" but its built into the model)
