The bird bath itself is not interactable, it's just a clue. You need to put the birds feeders on something different. Solution: Press use on the wooden poles after picking up the containers.

Just updated and hopefully improved the "Feed the birds" puzzle! Also removed shadows from multiple structures for more FPS
