Pathfinder problem aka brown is not a team color, make it a darker shade of red like you did for blu and it will be perfect

This is really good, i have a slight suggestion tho, I think with the red team you should make the vest use a red thats close to either an air of debonair's red(RGB 101 71 64) or operator's overalls's red(RGB 72 56 56). other than that its really good
