@jester check the description above regarding the losing condition for coalition. It is also described in the mission itself iirc. You are not allowed to attack Iranian units.

I always get a mission failure notification because I somehow "created an international incident", even when I do precision strikes ONLY on the Iraqi ships. I give up.
