@kgptzac With the recent intrigue rework, opinion matters more than skills. Low opinion makes it really hard for the AI to find anyone willing to join the plot, tanking the success rate. So, no opinion debuffs. Thanks!

It would make more sense if this trait gives more general opinion malus.
