Creative Proposal: naming conventions assigned to NPCs based on faction.

For example, all NPCs with the class name of Combine generate a serial code-esque name (MP-95637, CS-79162, CE-37816, etc.). NPCs with the Rebel class name generate with typical American names.

@Webley NPC spawns with a random name. It's a pity that you can't change existing NPCs' names.
The only way to change their name and rank is to modify lua/autorun/npc_killcount.lua
