How do you recruit the Imperial Foot in this mod? With either SFO or the base GOoTR (or both) they appear in the elector count recruitment pool. But if I have all three mods enabled (SFO, GOoTR and this mod), and just these three mods, the Imperial Foot don't show up in the list.

You need the base mod, and the load order is determined automatically by the pack name, it should be before the base mod.

Is this a standalone or do you need the base mod active as well? And if so does it need to go b4 the base mod in load order?

NP, I updated a lot of minor thinks, will wait a little before making it public again, since I need to ask permission for the use of some tables/keys from other mods.
