@vhodnoylogin: no localization, maybe theres some tooltips i could change but adding loc in game would need some ui changes and im not doing that

-the vizir/confident position accepts consorts, family members, powerful vassals and heirs.
-the spouse position accepts all consorts.
-can fire and replace the court chaplain if you have free revocation, high opinion or a strong hook on your head of faith, or are excommunicated.

it does look like it yes, sure opens up for some interesting ideas

@fungaming: judging by the new dlc's nomad specific kurultai council roles, it should be easy enough to add 'generic' councillor roles take have access to a bunch of shared council tasks.

@fisto the robot - when it calculates how adept they are at the action, is the game using their councillor job score? Or the action's original job's score? (e.g. is a Chaplain doing Support Schemes scored by Intrigue or Learning?
