legit favorite mod! I hope to see more awesome helmet additions! like german nets, rusted chicken wire, ripped camo cloth covers, the good stuff. it would really add to fighting/playing the mid to late era Germans.

@Yo Gabba Gabba! yeah I'm planning on doing something just like this with the Commonwealth once that DLC drops. I still need to finish up this one and make it fully conquest compatible before then so hopefully I'll be be able to wrap this one up when I have some free time!

I'd love if you get around to the various Canadian units when that DLC drops, if you feel up to it. I once had a 20 minute conversation with a very patient history at the Canadian War Museum about the huge range of different greens of Canadian battledress, and the debate over if Canadian troops in Italy ever wore green, or used British uniforms stocks already in the MTO.

Not sure if its an issue with this mod, or if its mandela effect. Did the garand always have a reload animation that looks like its meant for an SMG? it almost looks like an MP40 reload

Man this mod is awesome, i have a little request, there was this mod that added the nco and officer stripes and rank insignias to the tank crew officers and nco's helmets, it'd be amazing that you could do this, since the original mod is no longer available.

will you be adding custom models for the cologne tankers? eagle 7's crew is pretty unique (to most people, actually quite normal for late war tankers) in their use of eto jackets and french tanker helmets

also read the doc: i'm a HUGE fan of the 83rd id's inclusion! the ragtag circus didn't get much recognition in their drive towards berlin in cornelius ryan's the last battle but they were one of my favorite parts of that book

i'm a reenactor so i notice these things! now if only someone covered the other factions

@Stone I'll add 17th Airborne to the list for when I revisit and touch up a couple other things with the Airborne units already in-game. There's no missions that they'd work well with though so might make it a conquest thing..

@KennyWingman I'm considering doing it for the Germans next. If I finish this one w/ conquest and multiplayer implementation before the Brits come out I'll try to start on the Germans :))

this is genuinely such a great job, especially the removal of the helmet first aid kits & the grease gun pouches on guys with thompsons

the unit variety and even use of frogskin based on the 41st infantry & 30th id in normandy is a great touch too

I have a suggestion, there was a mod that added proper US M1 helmets with tanker helmets, it added NCO and CO variants, to fit with the Tank Commanders uniform, if you could do it, i'd really appreciate it, nice mod also, respect man.

@Uncle Bogdan the paratroopers use M43 uniforms from "The Waal Bridge" onwards in my mod, are you sure you have it activated? In the Waal bridge mission, your starting units wear M42s, representing the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, while your reinforcements wear M43s, representing the 505th. In all missions afterwards, only M43s are seen.

Why the airborne units use the M42 jump uniform after Normandy, if they were given the new M43 uniform right before operation Market Garden? There were some little use of an old jumpsuit among soldiers in Netherland and so on, but most of the troops were wearing M43.
