Keep having an issue where randomly after killing an npc, the game will crash. Only get issues on this map

At every other level, the camera shakes violently.
Not sure if this is an issue with the map or another mod i have.

It'd be cool if sometimes there were other combine units such as hunters or manhacks, and also if there was and enemies from other factions

Funny, this came out right on my birthday. I feel like I unwrapped a late gift! Extremely fun time, I like the visual style & the environments are really varied for the space they're in. One really has to scan the environment before charging in which I like- Combine can take extremely sneaky shots at you through the block gaps at times, and I only really disliked one layout as it puts a soldier on a really high up pillar. He can gun you down in seconds if you aren't careful!

Before I went & disabled no-clip to officially "run" the map, I noticed some side rooms, one has a door with a keypad. I resisted no-clipping past it thankfully, so I'm curious! How would you get there legit & find a combination for that keypad?
