Wonderful mod. Has anyone suggested the ability to select a beaver and have the camera 'follow' them allowing you to tour the world without walking? Simply set the camera just in front of the beavers face so we can pretend to 'be' them and enjoy a 'day in the life' of our favorite beaver.

Hi kulesz.

Is it possible to reduce the "hitbox" of the first person view in it's height?

It happens in tunnels, if you move on block down at a stair, that you get stuck at the top of the following one block height tunnel after the stair so you can't pass. Only workaround now would be to make a two block height tunnel just after the stair, but would be great if a one block height tunnel would be sufficient.

Mod is fantastic, experience was great, game crashes if you try riding on a gravity battery (though it worked for a second and was very cool). This is dope

This mod was something special while I had it working. A whole new level of awe walking through the tight corridors of a tightly knit colony. I can only hope that with the new update becoming official soon that this mod will get an update with it or at least shortly after.

Any chance this will ever be VR compatible? I'm not a modder, so I don't know if this would be feasible, but I'd really love to be fully inmersed in my beaver town

Its dependency ( Mod Settings ) is compatible with the experimental update 7 as of this comment, just waiting for this actual FPP mod to get updated

as far as i can tell, this mod or its dependency is not yet compatible with experimental branch (update 7). keeping it enabled will crash the game on startup. no first person ziplines yet!

For those wandering, you can change the FOV, but it has to be done from the main menu

I really want to use it, but its not working. I have the latest version of it, as well as of Mod Settings, but everytime i try to lead a game or create a new one with the mode it crashes. I am on a macbook as well. Does anybody know how to fix?

Great Mod! Needs to be tuned with head clipping issues as pathways for beavers aren't accessible in FPP such as going down stairs with a platform infront etc.

When submerged in water, Levees and Soil/dirt blocks do not render properly. I got a massive dam and when i wanted to take a look from the inside, the sides of soil or levees did not render properly (most sides are just invisible, not even see-trough, still can't see my city). Happens only when water is shown. When the water is turned invisible with T, everything is fine.

Love this so much! Noticed some minor issues when trying to walk under platforms from another platform like going down stairs under a platform, or exiting a campfire/terrace directly out under a platform, or going from farmland to under a platform (the head collision might just be a smidge too high or something) other than that it runs great! I would love to see one or both of two things in the future from this mod:
1. Ability to do normal gameplay stuff from the first person perspective (planning and managing the colony)
2. I think it would be cool to be able to perform beaver actions in first person to kind of RP beaving it up (farming, building , cutting trees, ect.)

Turns out it's none of them because half of my dams would collapse without some of the extra building mods (seriously, some of these should be in the base game) so alas I won't be able to use this until it plays nice with heavily modded games.

Sadly this does not play nice with other mods it seems? I wanted to snag some screenshots of one of my largest cities with a ton of mods and it crashed my game, hard. TimberAPI is active, because a lot of mods need it. I'll see which mods I can sacrifice on the pedestal of awesome screenshots xD

Tried firing up my settlement that has both TimberAPI and the previous version of FPP installed (was working great yesterday), and it crashed at launch. Then tried creating a new world on diorama with the new FPP, and it loaded but I had an uncaught exception upon entering FPP mode.

Would love to start a new settlement right now, but many of my mods need TimberAPI and it seems there's a compatibility issue atm. But I MUST try this mod, is it safe to proceed under the assumption support for TimberAPI will be coming?
